Active Flexibility is about building strength through your full range of motion, helping you improve balance and strength in bendy poses, and increasing your end-range flexibility too. We'll methodically break down how to properly stretch the hamstrings, hip flexors, back and shoulders.

Expect:

  • Nerve glides, muscle engagement exercises, mobilising, and wall/prop assisted drills - targeting each range of motion in multiple ways

  • ⁠progressions that work with your body & explanations of why

  • ⁠individual feedback & cues

  • ⁠practical drills you can add in to your mobility/stretch practice

  • ⁠to also have loads of fun!

This workshop is open to all levels, though particularly useful if you already have a regular movement practice (yoga, dance, aerial, strength training, etc)
