  • RocketBeats: Mixed Level

    A 75 min strong, breath based dynamic yoga practice which is practiced to a playlist of epic beats. Expect a flowing class including inversions & arm balances.

  • RocketBeats: Intro Level

    Never taken a RocketBeats class? Or Maybe you are new/returning to yoga?

    This 60 min Intro class will ease you in - still dynamic, still powerful but with people at your level.

  • Upside Down

    In this 45 min class we work towards handstands, headstands & forearm stands.

    We start with body conditioning and drills before heading into workshopping inversions.

    Your essential class to get consistent with your Upside Down poses.

  • Drills/Skills; Strength, Flexibility, Core

    A 45 mins class of drills to help progress & improve in your yoga practice.

    These are targeted & focused so you can work specific areas of the body needed to open up, strengthen & mobilise.

    The session finishes with workshopping some yoga based skills/poses.

  • Power Pilates X RocketBeats

    A specialist 1.5 hour monthly session including an intelligently sequenced class consisting of Power Pilates and RocketBeat practices. The sessions will focus on contrasting body parts/areas of the body, so that the two practices help you find complimenting strength and flexibility in the exercises and poses.
