This womxn’s only yoga class is a 60-minute energising Vinyasa Flow.
We will move mindfully through a sequence of yoga poses, connecting breath to movement. The class is designed to enable you to feel empowered as you connect to the inner strength of your moving body. We will move with care; listening to our bodies as we go deep into poses and find a sense of balance and ease in movement.
Expect an upbeat playlist to accompany a steady paced flow. This class is an opportunity to tune in with your body – move, find strength and flexibility in a way which enables you to feel good as you go off into your weekend!.

Ashtanga Yoga - 9.15am
Vinyasa Flow - a strong energising flow which is sequenced to explore finding balance, fluidity and control through graceful transitions.
Ashtanga Yoga - A modified 60 minute variation of the primary series in which you will learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga practice.

Sunday Vinyasa Flow - 9.30am
In my classes we practice a strong, energising flow which is sequenced to explore finding balance, fluidity and control through graceful transitions. The flow contains the foundations needed to start working towards more advanced asanas, to enable you to start developing your practice. Working with the foundations offers all students the opportunity to focus on their technique and listen in to where they are at within their practice. I offer a range of choices and options to make the classes accessible. I encourage students to have fun, try new things and challenge themselves!
